I had a fantastic time at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. It was such a great deal and the hotel provided everything I needed. Secondly, the location was perfect. Situated right in the city center, it was so convenient and I could easily explore the area on foot. The staff were also wonderful, providing attentive service and making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with basic amenities and even a lovely view from the window. Plus, having breakfast included was a nice bonus.

I was disappointed with the breakfast options as they were limited and lacked variety. Additionally, some of the staff members were not very accommodating or friendly, which made the overall experience less enjoyable.

Great Location and Delicious Breakfast

Over Easter, we stayed at a hotel in a lovely town in Slovakia, which was strategically located close to many restaurants and shops in the town center. We enjoyed being able to walk around the town and explore its beautiful surroundings. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from.

We did encounter some negative aspects during our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have an elevator, making it difficult to carry our luggage up to our room on the higher floors. Additionally, we were disappointed with the poor customer service we received during our stay. Some of the staff seemed indifferent to our needs, which tainted our overall experience.
